CANCELLATIONS
We kindly ask that any cancellations are made 48 hours before the appointment time. Whilst we understand there are circumstances that cannot be avoided, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment time will be charged at 50% of the appointment cost. A deposit will be required to secure any appointments over two hours in time. The deposit amount will be deducted from the treatment cost at the time of payment. This deposit is non refundable if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the appointment.
PATCH TESTING
We carry out patch tests to establish if a client has any allergens or skin sensitivities towards the products we use. These tests are carried out at a minimum of 48 hours before the treatment, or if 6 months have passed between treatments, for existing clients. A small amount of the product is applied to the inside of the elbow and should be left for 24 hours to see if there is any reaction.
Patch tests are required to be carried out for all treatments that involve either tint, Henna, Eyelash Extension Glue or lifting and straightening products. This list includes:
HD Brows, HD Brow Sculpt/Lamination, Eyebrow Tinting, Eyelash Tinting, Lash Lift, Henna Brows and Eyelash Extensions of ANY kind.
Without a valid patch test on your records, we will not be able to carry out your treatment. Your patch test will be valid for 6 months.
CONSULTATION FORMS
All our treatments require an up to date consultation form to be completed, this is to protect both yourselves and us, to make sure your therapist is aware of any changes in your medical health. Because of GDPR, we are only allowed to ask you relevant to your treatment. So it might seem sometimes you are completing several forms for one visit, but this is the reason why. So we do please ask, that you check your emails from us and complete the form. If for any reason you are unable to complete the online forms, one of the therapists will be more than happy to go through it with you in the salon before your treatment.
For some of our treatments, you will also receive pre-treatment and post treatment emails, explaining how to get the best out of your treatment, and our recommendations for care afterwards.
